Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

Exceptions:

Please note that we cannot accept returns for Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, due to health and safety regulations. This applies to all products once the safety seal is broken.

2. How to Cancel and Return

If you are eligible and wish to cancel your order:

Return items within 14 days of notifying us. The items must be:
- Unopened
- In original, resalable condition
- Packaged securely

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved returns: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs: We only refund the standard delivery cost (not any express options) and do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or evidence to assess the issue.

In such cases, we will offer:

A full refund,
A replacement item,

Return postage will be covered for faulty or incorrect items.
